Users must review these terms before each visit, as the company reserves the right to modify them at any time.
1. Agreement

This agreement remains effective while users utilise GemFame services. Gemfame.com or its users may terminate the Service at any time with or without cause. The platform reserves unilateral termination rights without prior notice.

2.4 Personal Identification Profile
GemFame may collect names, addresses, contact numbers, and email addresses for transaction completion and promotional purposes.

Gemfame.com holds the right to amend, change, or update this policy at any time, which shall be effective from the posting date immediately.
3. Eligibility
Services are available to Indian and international citizens aged 18 and above who are capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law.
4. Privacy of Membership
Memberships are for personal use only and cannot be assigned, transferred, or authorised for use by any other individual or entity.
5. Right to Form Associates and Consortium
GemFame may outsource services to third parties while maintaining user obligations solely to GemFame. Users retain no direct obligations to any such third-party associates.
6. Non-Commercial Use
This site is exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized commercial use attracts penal charges of 50% of the profit, revenue, and benefits expected from the illegal user, in addition to immediate termination of membership.
7. Patented Rights
7.1 Proprietary Rights
GemFame owns all website proprietary rights, copyrights, trademarks, and materials. Unauthorized modification, transmission, or sale of any content constitutes a violation and will result in membership termination without refund.
7.2 Content Reliability
The platform disclaims responsibility for content accuracy. GemFame does not guarantee the accuracy, utility, or conclusions drawn from information provided on the site.
8. Contents Posted and Displayed
8.1 User Responsibility
Users bear full responsibility for posted content and may not post offensive, illegal, or misleading material. Violations result in immediate membership cancellation.
8.2 Content Review Rights
Gemfame.com has the right to review posted content and may delete profiles, photographs, and formal texts in whole or in part if deemed inappropriate.
8.3 Third-Party Rights
Users warrant that all posted content does not violate any third-party rights including intellectual property rights.
8.4 Enforcement
GemFame may investigate violations and terminate memberships without limitation or prior notice.
Prohibited Content includes but is not limited to:
- Content promoting intolerance, discrimination, or physical harm
- Spam, chain letters, and junk mail
- Misleading or fabricated information
- Unauthorised copyright promotion and pirated materials
- Unauthorised password or link exploitation
- Adult material targeting minors
- Suggestions of illegal commercial activity
- Undisclosed identity sharing for commercial purposes
- Incomplete or inaccurate profile information
9. Unlawful Activities
GemFame reserves termination rights for inappropriate or illegal service misuse. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Unauthorised statement direction
- User impersonation or harassment
- Unauthorised data retrieval or reproduction
- Unauthorised website mirroring or framing
- Software subletting or licensing
- Transmission of viruses or malicious code
- Service obstruction or interruption
10. Adaptations to Service
Gemfame.com reserves its full rights to edit, modify, suspend, discontinue either temporarily or permanently, and adapt its services as and when suitable at any time without prior notice.
11. No Intermediaries and Third-Party Beneficiaries
No third parties hold Agreement beneficiary rights except as explicitly provided within this Agreement.
12. Dealing with Publicity and Advertising
GemFame disclaims all liability for advertiser dealings, payment, delivery, or warranty consequences arising from third-party advertisements displayed on the platform.
13. Indemnity Coverage
Users agree to indemnify GemFame, its partners, employees, and associates against any third-party claims arising from a breach of this Agreement or misuse of the platform.
14. Disputes and Resolutions
All disputes are governed by Indian law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
15. Supplementary
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the user and GemFame. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining sections remain in full effect. Misuse reports should be submitted in writing for investigation by our team.
