Transit Times
Shipments by registered mail typically take 7–21 days. Most shipments are delivered within 10 days. Some countries have longer clearance times — see the table below.

Customs & Import Duties
All fees, taxes, VAT, or other import duties and penalties are the full responsibility of the buyer. Gemfame has no control over the customs policies of your country. Packages refused or returned for customs reasons are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Save on Taxes with Economy Shipping
For most countries, shipments sent by economy mail do not incur tax or duty, as regular airmail is generally not checked by customs. However, express courier shipments are often subject to local VAT/GST collected upon delivery, plus an import duty rate and administrative fees in some countries.

All packages from Gemfame include a complete invoice with 1% local tax (all product prices published on gemfame.com are inclusive of local VAT tax).
If you do not need an invoice, please contact us before placing your order. You can also use the Special Request field during checkout, or email us immediately after placing your order.
