Overview

GemFame is committed to customer satisfaction with genuine quality gemstones. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to return the product under the conditions described below.

Return Conditions

Return Window: 10 Days from Receipt

  • Products must be returned in their original "as is where is" condition — undamaged and dust-free
  • Original gem package box must accompany the return
  • Returns after 10 days will not be accepted — the sale will be considered complete and closed

Damaged Shipments

⚠ If your package arrives tampered, mutilated, or repacked — do NOT open it.

  • Immediately notify the logistics provider with your tracking number
  • Capture clear photographic evidence of the damaged package
  • Email the photos and details to GemFame for further instructions

Lost Shipments

Report Non-Delivery Within

Loss Claim Processing

30 – 60 Days

after claim is raised

Customers must report non-delivery within 30 days of the expected shipment timeframe. GemFame allows 30 to 60 days to process loss claims. Beyond this window, GemFame holds no liability for the lost shipment.

Return Process

    Request a Return

    Email your return reason along with your RAN (Return Authorised Number) to our support team.

    Ship the Product

    Send the product via postal mail to GemFame in its original condition and packaging.

    Await Processing

    GemFame will process your refund or replacement after completing the necessary formalities.

    Confirm Receipt

    Acknowledge receipt of your refund or replacement via email or communication.

Important Notes

  • If you wish to refuse delivery, advance notice must be given. Otherwise, you bear responsibility for the product cost, loss, or damage.
  • International returns require customers to cover all customs duties and statutory charges.
  • All refunds are processed through credit cards. Banking service charges are non-refundable.
